Good hotel
We were pleased with the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel has a lot of amenities, including free snacks ( Popsicles, pizza, cakes, etc.) and drinks for all. The breakfast and dinner (included in price for free) were plentiful and good. There are shows and activities through the day. If you're coming with kids to the area, I recommend the hotel. If you are without kids, I'd suggest a different hotel. The hotel is very much geared towards families.

Licatiin is ideal!!
Thought the location was perfect for a float in the Dead Sea. Also easy drive to Masada. Breakfast was great too.

Awesome visit
One of the best, rarely have i have a hotel stay where someone or something bothered me...NOT here at "Isrotel Dead Sea". The staff are well trained, from management to cleaner, The hotel architecture and decorations are modern and clean. The Chef's know how to make delicious healthy cuisine, I honestly highly recommend this hotel.
The spa and mineral pools were excellent, the outside pool huge and clean, lined with palm trees and plenty of relaxing areas. There is an atmosphere that has been created and maintained for maximum relaxation. Looking forward a return visit next year.

Nice hotel close to beach
Nice hotel, front desk staff is super friendly! We stayed just one night with breakfast and dinner included. It is all you need! Huge amount of food at the buffet. They gave us vouchers for free chairs at the dead sea. Plenty of towels, directly across the street from the Dead Sea. Nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable.

Excellent hotel. Disappointing customer service.
Excellent hotel, close to the beach. Great room! Overall, the facilities are quite remarkable except for accommodating sufficient parking. Considering the heat in the area and the lack of parking in the town (got a parking ticket within the first hour). The reception staff seemed very un impressed with my concerns and my questions were often answered with: "Don't expect too much.... it's only the dead sea". The staff promised to notify me when a parking space opens up. That never happened, though I found a space on my own after parking some distance away for the first day. As mundane as their job is, someone should let the staff know that they are serving customers "only" in one of the great wonders of the world.

Apartment on the outside of Arad
Hana was very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and used it to visit Massada and float in the Dead Sea.
