The room (11) was excellent, spotless and constantly serviced. All of your staff are extremely pleasant, constantly smiling, helpful and friendly - a joy to be with! Kobe is wonderful, especially the raised table overlooking the bay. We'll be back. Thank you so much.

Brilliant yet relaxed

Very nice place and extremely comfortable. The pool and the beach views are amazing, and the breakfast was simply the best. 😍😍 The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We truly felt pampered throughout our stay.

Excellent location and friendly staff

My stay at Joysvilla was wonderful. Everyone there made us feel right at home, and we had a wonderful time exploring the property and it's surroundings. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Malindi.

Lonno Lodge is a wonderful, peaceful small boutique hotel with ocean views, a large pool and delicious food. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. There are nearby restaurants/clubs with sandy beaches.

The first night we were placed at another location nearby in a low standard room despite the superior room booking paid 2 months in advance. The manager was not fully clear in his communication and only by escalating the issue we were able to avoid a 31st December celebration in a very poor room. Unexpected from a 5 star hotel. An upgrade to junior suite was provided. Room, ambiance, front desk people very pleasant. Buffet food not at the 5 star level. Restaurant much better. Wi-fi very weak in...

the property is very clean and all the staff are extremely friendly. They made me feel very relaxed and safe. Most days I had the sole use of the pool! Perhaps the chef could do with a few pointers and it would have been great to have a small fridge in my room which was lovely and clean. was well cared for and really enjoyed my stay....5 gold stars!
