"La nostra camera non era assolutamente propria di un 4 Stelle. Non c'era neppure il bidet, sostituito con una specie di secchio in plastica a forma di bidet da riempire a mano: disgustoso. Frigo bar mezzo vuoto. Cameriere invadenti che già alle 9,30 bussano. SPA cara e a pagamento....noi, clienti dell'albergo, 28€ per un'ora! "A beautiful property with pools and a spa and very friendly staff, yet none of that overcomes a cheap mattress and no a/c in 95 degree heat. It should be expected that a four star resort has a/c no matter how infrequently it is used; a mattress that you can feel the springs in only made trying to fall asleep worse. "We had a lovely stay at the Alp Cron Moarhof. The bed was very comfortable, we enjoyed the spa with the saunas and the dinner was great. It was quite heavy traffic driving pass our window early in the morning though - but it probably sounded heavy since everything else was quite... We had the window open. "
