Cannot fault the hotel at all. Service was incredible, staff will go above and beyond, clean rooms and the spa is brilliant! The views from the hotel are incredible as well. Breakfast was amazing too with lots of options - I have never seen protein powder at a breakfast buffet! Just an FYI, you need a universal adaptor if you want to charge anything by your bed. The normal European two pin (round) plug points are by the desk and in the bathroom.

Stayed for 1 week. Fantastic experience. Highlights were friendly staff, good breakfast and pretty much a private spa every night (we visited in July) - I imagine it would get busy quickly as it's very small but kept very clean. Very good sauna. Basic rooms but all you need in an area with so much outdoor activities to do.

Great Mountain view from the balcony. Friendly staff. Comfy rooms. Easy parking. Great location as a short walk into the town centre. Breakfast sorts you for the day with many an option. Great stay for 4 nights, but bar area is non-existent therefore either in the room or look elsewhere. They did open a red wine bottle we brought back and provide glasses on a night in. Bathrooms outdated unfortunately but aware some have been renovated which hopefully the rest will be soon.

Considered out of season right now. The town of Cortina D'Ampezzo is very quite by day and a ghost town by night. Anyone familiar with Italian culture will realise something is not right here when trying to communicate whilst shopping etc...That is because you are NOT communicating with an indigenous Italian. Great location close to shops and restaurants. Really friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced parking. Access to sister hotel’s spa and pool. Spacious and comfy mini apartments which are spotlessly clean. A great place to stay in Cortina.

What a lovely hotel with lovely staff, 5 min walk into the little town centre and fantastic views. We would definitely stay again.

Room was clean and had a good view. Breakfast was decent. Hotel is within walking distance of Cortina town centre with plenty of food options. Car park was also free. Good base to visit Tre Cime.

A genuine high quality hotel. Very friendly staff. The Dining Room is top class, superb food. Good sized rooms and well cleaned each day. Nice public rooms on Ground Floor with separate bar and dining room. Underground carpark, very useful when we got a severe snow storm. Easy walk into the town centre and there was also a crew bus shuttle service if needed. Will certainly return I hope.

A very authentic classic hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, very easy central location

My boyfriend and I spent one amazing night there. The room was absolutely breath taking with terrass, staff very friendly and restaurant with great food. Moreover we loved the spa facilities. In overall it was a wonderful experience. Thank you :)

Great location, staff super helpful

Great location in the centre of town close to the ski lifts. We had a room for 4 people and it was excellent. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with freshly cut meats and freshly squeezed fruits and vegetables of your choice. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and we will return this summer.

Beautiful alpine hotel that is wonderfully located and has stunning views in all directions. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection was excellent. Would recommend.
