They assured me that the rooms that are described as having an “Ocean View” have a full ocean view from their balconies. Absolutely, not the case. The room I got had, at best, a “Partial Ocean View”. I can’t imagine the view of the rooms described as having a partial view of the ocean. I called the front desk to get the room I paid for, and rudely were told that the hotel was completely booked. I took pictures of the view of the supposedly “Ocean View” room. To top it all of, I was charged $40.00 per day for a regular car parking. There is no parking on the streets…. AND… $40.00 per day in hotel fees. Go figure…..?!?! Also, if you think that today Hilton’s hotels are what they were before in terms of quality, cleanliness, decor, service, and elegance; you are for big surprise. I was very disappointed with the room I got, the extra charges, and the quality of the stay.
