"Had 2 family rooms next to each other ground level facing the pool for 6 family members and we couldn’t ask for a better stay. We went by what the front desk person advised and she took the time to talk us through it and show us the rooms from the terrace. The hotel was full but yet you don’t feel it as so many pools and the beach and the water sports pier We stayed 3 days 2 nights and kids wanted to stay longer. If we looked on tripadvisor beforehand and saw the reviews, it was the same experience we received and never would have gone ahead with the booking. The check in was an absolute mess. We got confirmation from Expedia and homeaway that the meeting point was at the wadi rum visitor centre. This isn’t the case and for future travellers it’s at a petrol station.
