  • Enjoy this beautiful, just remodeled 2 bedrooms 2-1/2 bath condo, located within the Seascape Resort in Aptos, CA. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a vacation with the family or friends. Walk down the scenic path to a breathtaking beach, relax by the pool, play golf or tennis. The resort has several luxury restaurants located right on the beach and across from the villa in the charming ocean village. Villa is overlooking the pool and is a few steps away from the breathtaking beach. Enjoy direct ocean views and listen to the ocean waves at night. Villa has 2 bedrooms upstairs (King and Queen), with balconies/patios on each level and a Twin fold-out couch in the living room. BBQ grill on the 1st-floor patio and fully-stocked kitchen. Free hi-speed WiFi access, toaster, coffee maker, beach toys, boogie boards, big beach umbrella and beach chairs you can bring to the sand.

    5 minutes driving to Seascape Golf Club.

    Completely new redesigned European porcelain bathrooms and new floors were just installed.
