This 3Bd/3Ba home boasts three stories of Monterey Bay views, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace, two car garage, office, outdoor shower, and private backyard. The second and third floor balconies each have a lanai door that opens up the living space to the ocean breeze. The perfect beach retreat!

    First floor: Two car garage and storage.

    Second floor: Master bedroom (Queen ocean view with patio) with master bathroom, bedroom (Queen ocean view with patio), bedroom (queen), second bathroom, and laundry room.

    Third floor: living room, kitchen, dining room, full bathroom with tub, and access to backyard patio.

    Kitchen features: All Thermadore brand in stainless steel. Fridge and freezer with ice maker, oven with warmer drawer, gas stove with griddle, dishwasher, and two beverage coolers.

    Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, cookware, glassware, spices, blender, crockpot.

    Dinning table seats 6.
