Nothing at all to find fault with. Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, good breakfast. Comfortable chairs on the balcony to relax on and take in the peacefulness of the location. Early evening the hotel offers free popcorn and cookies. Staff are so friendly and helpful. My wife can't stop talking about how great it was and we must go back for longer next time.

Hotel was very new and modern. And the ladies will be pleased to hear it has a decent hot hairdryer.We enjoyed our stay except for the planes flying every 20 mins. It is a lovely hotel and the staff are great. It's just in the wrong location.

1 night stopver between Ohio and NYC. Clean hotel just off the Interstate. Plenty of food and shoppimg options nearby. Clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast is pretty good too.

The people at reception were amazing. Everyone was so efficient and very kind to us. One item we found not good was that in most hotels in the USA, plastic cutlery, styrofoam plates etc.are used. Why not use a commercial dishwasher appliance to be eco-friendly. Certainly, it would be better in the long run.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated, it is a pleasure to enter the lobby. The room was well furnished and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and professional and create a real atmosphere of hospitality. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed both.

The room was clean, staff friendly. everythign was good aexcept fpr one thing. It was a nightmare controling the termperature in the room. The AC was tough to set appropriately, it would get way too cold then when I lowered it a bit it got too hot. At night it got cold and the covers were too thin ot keep us warm. That is the only negative to a wonderful stay otherwide.

I was delayed by snow from flying out of Yeager and booked this hotel as near to airport and had restaurant attached. Receptionist very polite, friendly and helpful, room was warm, very clean and comfortable, had everything I needed and more. Breakfast was included and worth having, free coffee/tea in foyer 24x7. Very impressed especially for the cost.

Very nice hotel, but there was something on the toilet seat and there was hair in the shower.

Quiet location, very clean, very helpful staff let us park our motorcycles under cover of the canopy by the hotel entrance. Comfy beds, great shower.

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The property was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, and although I did need to request a full clean on one occasion, the staff responded promptly and resolved the matter efficiently. The pool was a wonderful addition, and the breakfast offered an excellent selection of both hot and cold options. While the hot tub appeared slightly dated, the outdoor fire pit provided a lovely atmosphere in the evenings. The availability of tea and coffee...

The hotel is a bit old, but it’s okay for us. Everything is comfortable.
