Nothing at all to find fault with. Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, good breakfast. Comfortable chairs on the balcony to relax on and take in the peacefulness of the location. Early evening the hotel offers free popcorn and cookies. Staff are so friendly and helpful. My wife can't stop talking about how great it was and we must go back for longer next time.

Fantastic hotel! Immaculate. Great location- 20 mins from Gatlinburg and 10 mins from Dollywood. Would definitely recommend!

I had no idea what to expect as my partner had chosen the hotel. She did very well. We arrived the the small town to a very curtious southern welcome. We love the accent and the manners and they love our quaint English ways. The hotel is situated right in the middle of the town. The receptionist were were welcoming. The room very very nice clean and well presented. We particularly liked the basket breakfast. You leave the basket outside and in the morning there it is full. We walked down...

We only stayed one night but would definitely have liked to stay longer. The staff were lovely and our room was clean and comfortable. We ate in the hotel and, despite a longer than usual wait, the meal was very tasty. The help yourself pantry was well stocked but, as a food allergy sufferer, I would have appreciated an allergen list to refer to. Quiet area with plenty of parking.

Fabulous service but inventory in both rooms was incomplete, made good without any problems. Less than impressed by the selfish visitors who smoked in the room and meant evacuation at 5:45 in PJ during -18C temperatures.

Ok hotel, clean enough and ok beds.. It's an older hotel however, and due to the bad sound isolation, you can hear your neighbours all too well.
