  • An upmarket, exclusive, detached villa situated on a 2000sq.m plot, approximately 270m above sea level with 180 degrees unobstructed sea views- looking east towards Georgioupoli and Rethymno and west towards the Drapanos peninsula. The villa sleeps 8-10 guests and consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen, dining room and living room. An ample swimming pool adorns the land and is situated on the cliff edge. There are 2 covered parking areas and a little kitchenette on the garden level in order to service the pool.

    Spacious Accommodation: Villa Gerrito in Kefalas offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The spacious villa includes a living room with a fireplace, ensuring comfort for all guests.
