This stylish home (88 m²) is the perfect size for two people and combines modern comfort with traditional charm. Built in the classic Cretan style, it features two elegant stone arches and light-filled glass doors that create an open, inviting atmosphere.

On the first floor, you’ll find a modern, fully equipped open-concept kitchen that flows seamlessly into the stylish dining area. The adjacent cozy sitting area with a TV invites you to relax. For added convenience, there is a guest bathroom with a washing machine. And on cooler evenings, the open fireplace creates a warm, romantic atmosphere.

Upstairs, you’ll find the spacious bedroom, equipped with a smart TV and a two-person whirlpool tub, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the mountains. The adjoining spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower for maximum comfort. The entire house offers high-speed internet and air conditioning, but is also exceptionally well-insulated, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate.
