The pool and grounds are well maintained. It is located on a beautiful beach with several inexpensive tavernas and restaurants in short walking distance. You can also purchase grocery from nearby markets and keep them in your room fridge. Four people run this hotel - they do a superb job. I would return here if I revisited Crete.
