Unfortunately, this was not a five-star stay. We experienced multiple housekeeping, maintenance, and general upkeep issues that were disappointing and not what I expected from the property.At check-in, several basic supplies were missing, including washcloths, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen towels, and adequate paper towels. I also provided photos documenting housekeeping concerns. Several areas were not clean, including, but not limited to, the shower and silverware drawer. I personally scrubbed part of the shower and it came clean, confirming that what appeared to be staining was actually something that had not been properly cleaned. The photos I sent represented only a sample of what we encountered.The TVs also never worked properly. I called, messaged through the app, and texted multiple times. The downstairs remote did not work, making streaming inaccessible, and the upstairs TV was stuck on an input showing only snow. I am very familiar with smart TVs, so this was not a user issue. I was told a handyman was being contacted, but no one came and the problem was never resolved.The missing supplies were eventually delivered, but only after repeated follow-up. Combined with the cleanliness concerns, condition of the property, and unresolved maintenance issues, the overall stay was extremely disappointing. I communicated these concerns throughout our stay and gave multiple opportunities for them to be addressed, but several remained unresolved when we left.

Property had a few issues one being it only had 2 tvs in the entire house 1 in the upstairs bedroom and 1 in the living room, The master bedroom and 2 of the upstairs kids rooms did not have any Tv's and also the sink in the upstairs bathroom plumbing was either stopped up or had some other issues because it definitely wouldn't drain and they also did not even supply extra trash bags, or wash cloths so be prepared..also the upstairs bedroom with the Tv had a live spider in between the sheets and i do have proof of it if they deny the claim.
