  • This rustic stone country house with pool has three levels and is located in a quiet hilly area 5 km from Apecchio. Characteristic of the house is the large living room with fireplace, the beautiful terrace with barbecue, the spacious grounds and the pool area with panoramic views. Ideal for relaxing, for hiking to Monte Nerone (1,525 m.a.s.l.) and for excursions to Urbino, Gubbio and Città di Castello (within 30-40km). Plan also a bathing day in Pesaro or Fano on the Adriatic coast (about 75 km). The access to the house is via a gravel road.
