"Staff were supremely helpful and efficient - helping me make local restaurant reservations and generally being above and beyond. The property is conveniently located near the bustling train station as well as the historic arcade street. And of course, the monorail. Clean, comfortable, economical. The optional breakfast is very good quality."

"The staff is friendly and helpful. They have luggage transfer service, taqbin, to my next hotel (with a charge). When requested, they helped me to ask the other hotel if they can receive my luggage ahead of my check in. Their check in/out is also very foreigner friendly. You use a machine which can display in japanese english, chinese and korean to check in/out (with the staff help)"
