An absolutely GORGEOUS hotel! One of the best I’ve stayed in. The service and staff were impeccable! From the luxurious garden, the onsen and pool, the gym, the amazing breakfast.. just WOW! I didn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city when I chose this hotel. It’s about a 10 min walk to the local subway and 7-11(must try the egg salad sandwich). For me, the hotel was perfectly located. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Chinzanso 🙌

Towels, coffee pods and toiletries were replenished via bag left on room door. My only “criticism”…they have done away with the large bottles ..."
