The bus route from the station can be very confusing so walking is better. From the hotel, it’s about 10-15 mins walk to the other tourist areas. The breakfast buffet had local items but they were only written in Japanese so I couldn’t read what they were. I only had rice, miso based soup and natto which are the only ones I know besides bread. I wish there was egg at least. The staff were very nice even with their limited English. The room itself feels smaller than usual. The bathroom tub is so narrow that the shower kept splashing over the curtains so the floor got wet. Also, the building is old and it has a bit of an odour from the carpet maybe? I would perhaps choose another APA location next time. Otherwise an average APA-experience. The hotel was old by the look of the furnitures and interior.
