8.2/10 Very good! (32 reviews)
We were put into a handicap room, which is not what we asked for. It was just blah. No furniture in the room was huge. It was like an apartment, but there was nothing in it except the bed.
There was construction right underneath us, which made it very uncomfortable in the morning to try to sleep in

9.6/10 Exceptional! (80 reviews)
"What a wonderful and unique experience. We are a family of 6 from NY, who struggle in Italian, but the staff here made it very easy to get squared away. The lady who must be the owner was very kind and so were the younger ladies. The rooms have more character than any hotel we’ve ever been to before. ..."
