They advertise all these wonderful amenities and when we arrived there was absolutely nothing available. No spa, no beach, no tennis, no laundry facilities, no hair salon. We would never have stayed here if we had know. When we complained they offered us a free drink! I have complained through the hotel and the refuse to respond and tried to get a refund from Expedia with no luck. Restaurant staff downstairs (only one) kinda rude lacked any speed and seemed upset we even showed up. Room was fantastic, pool so great seeing you’re staying literally on top of a mountain, be ready for a crazy drive up. With an amazing view when you get there. The front desk staff varies, some amazing and kind and helpful, others when you could find them, seemed to just avoid eye contact and run away…it was strange. We lazed, dreamily by the pool and enjoyed our time. Be aware there is only 1 or 2 restaurants within walking. Both were fantastic we made it to the closest one twice as we refused to eat downstairs more than once. And it was so fantastic we had to go again.
