"First off, it doesn’t tell you until after you book, that your “check-in” time is 10pm. We showed up at 6pm (after being stuck in Seoul traffic for 3+ hours) and wanted to relax. Just to find out that it was an extra 30,000 won if we checked in at that time. We paid this so that we had somewhere to park our car and leave our bags. Bathroom is tiny and could see some mold starting to grow on the grout along the wall. On a bright note, it is walking distance to Coex mall."

"It’s a good property if you plan to stay in city center and for a short period. Our studio was small but it had what we needed. "Great location: City Hall subway station is basically just behind the hotel; K Airport Limousine bus stop is also there; walkable to Namdaemun (10 mins) and Myeongdong (15-20 mins); convenience stores, bakeries, cafes and restaurants on nearby streets. Facilities & Staff: Really spacious rooms for our extended stay and suites were perfect layout for families; complimentary bottled water every day; super friendly and helpful staff; easy to use washer and dryer; secured elevator access for guests. Minuses: Refrigerators in rooms were not very cold; no hand sanitizer in fitness room; being in an "office" area (lots of banks etc around), some of the restaurants immediately near the hotel do close early or are closed on certain days. Overall would definitely stay here again for the amenities and location! "
