The best time to visit Antoa is typically during the dry season, from November to April, to avoid heavy rains and enjoy comfortable weather.

During these months, the weather is generally warm and sunny, with lower humidity, making it ideal for exploring the area and participating in outdoor activities. Temperatures usually range from 25°C to 32°C. This period is also popular for various local festivals, offering a chance to experience the culture.

For those planning to visit during the Antoa Nyamaa festival, which is a significant cultural event, it's essential to check the specific dates as they vary each year. While the rainy season (May to October) brings lush greenery, it can also mean frequent downpours, which might disrupt travel plans and make some roads less accessible.
