Homely House With Shared Pool and FREE Wi-Fi

  • This is a lovely 2 bedroomed property, based in the heart of Caleta de Fuste, with a lovely shared pool set in beautiful landscaped gardens. Only 5 mins walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Ideal for your stay in Caleta and perfect for a group of only 4 people.

    The house is on a residential complex and as with all these properties. This house for rental has 2 bedrooms upstairs, a main bathroom. The ground floor is of a smaller bathroom, a lounge area with TV and also a kitchen area.

    The house has a basement area, seperate from the upper floors, as this is a SEPARATE area, which is locked off and PRIVATE for the owners use. Please take note that this area is locked on both sides of the doors for everyones peace of mind.

    Please note that the prices quoted are for the whole house except for the basement. The house consists of:- only 2 bedrooms, the lounge and kitchen areas and also the rear of the property leading to the pool.

    The television system is using a Kodi/IPTV system and at the moment guests can view UK TV channels and also movies and box sets. This is usually easy to use and it available for all guests to use if they wish.
