Absolutely beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting. Stunning gardens and a fantastically cosy lounge area. The food was superb and rooms spotless, with nice touches throughout. We come to Antigua as a family every year and will most certainly be coming back here next year. It’s not in the centre of town but there’s a shuttle bus and you couldn’t get this level of tranquility if it were.

I was trying to decide between this hotel and hotel, Santa Domingo, and I decided to spend one night at both properties. For me, it was the perfect mix because the first hotel is a larger, bustling hotel close to the city center, while this one is in a beautiful, tranquil setting just outside of town.

This property is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed. The service and the food was outstanding. I could have stayed a few more days but unfortunately had to go home. I commend the female manager cannot remember her name, she went out of her way to be gracious. Fireplace in my room was lit every night. It truly is a 5 star hotel. Ate at their wonderful restaurant full of gourmet dishes and excellent wines.

I had an amazing time here. The property is beautiful & serene, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was decorated so nice. They really paid attention to detail. Villa Bokeh is my favorite oasis in Antigua! The property is stunning, a peace of Heaven and comfort. The garden and landscape is so beautiful. The staff is so kind and professional, very efficient and accommodating. The room was elegant and comfortable, they thought of the smallest details to make our stay memorable. Oasis in a beautiful country

This is one of the prettiest properties you can stay at in Guatemela. It’s is very western with modern art deco furnishing. The amenities are top notch. The setting is breath taking. Food is phenomenal and their attention to detail and customer service is outstanding. The staff can communicate in English and they will engage with you on WhatsApp before you arrive guiding you in case you have any questions. We can’t wait to visit them again.

This was my favorite stay in Antigua. I stayed in two separate rooms (Negra & Indigo) and if there's any place in Guatemala I'd stay in the future it's Villa Bokeh. Customer service was excellent. Each room is very clean. During the entire time I felt super relaxed and the food here was excellent! There were many things I appreciated about my stay here - the attention to detail from the staff. The communications prior to staying, and the assistant we received with arranging transportation to the hotel and airport. Overall, Guatemala is beautiful. Villa Bokeh was awesome. It helped create a memorable time with my family and I look forward to coming here again.

This was an amazing experience! After staying in several hotels in Antigua (including Santo Domingo and other beautiful spaces) this was our number one. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by the front desk and you immediately know you’re going to be well taking care of. I felt like a princess, they are extremely hospitable. The cleaning staff blew me away - they honestly go above and beyond. The pool temperature was a bit cold and they quickly asked me how I felt and warmed it up. I love this! I can’t wait to go back. (I’m sorry I forgot their names but I do remember Angelica and I just want to thank every single one of them)

I found this property on Tiktok and i had to stay here. The grounds were absolutely lush and beautiful. They have so many beautiful garden areas. They also grow some of their own foods that they use to prepare delicious meals. The room was the star of the show. I felt like a queen. The attention to detail with little flowers on the bed and in the bathroom was a great touch. They also have candles lit in the room and bathroom. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and the shower pressure was Amazing. The only thing that was an issue was the insects were bothersome when i was going to sleep. Even though i used the net around my bed the insects would still get in and fall over the pillows and sheets. They should try to rectify that because it took away from my rest. Also the sheets looked a bit worn. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They will bring your meal to your room if requested. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The pool area although small was beautiful. They assisted with transportation to visit the other villages. I saw on the site they had an helicopter and did ask if they used it for tours around the lake but they said no. I think that would be a great activity to offer as i think a lot of people would pay to do it. Overall i had such an amazing experience. Wonderful staff!
