The hotel is good option to stay in Antigua. It is charming colonial style. The receptionists were professional. The cleaning ladies were very professional too. Our room was comfortable. It was a good value for the weekend. Make sure you ask for a room upstairs - our first room was very dark and we asked for a change.

The bathrooms are extremely small, we couldn't sit properly. On our last day there were some missionaries signing loudly in the morning at around 7 AM right outside our door in the courtyard. We had returned from a hike the previous day and wanted to get some sleep. When we spoke to the management they were utterly unhelpful.

Clean hotel, helpful staff. Nice bathrooms and showers. Wonderful gardens and roof deck, lots of personality to this place. Laundry and coffee available. Rooms are not as private as I prefer due to hollow doors and windows into all the courtyards allowing for sound to travel. Beds were ok: not terrible not great. Nice location and safe.

The first room that they tried to give me had no windows! I refused it. The only other room left was by the laundry where there was horrible conversational noise by staff just outside my window that had to be open as there is no A/C. I had to ask 4 times for the noise to be brought down. I had to pretend to take their pictures and they ran and hid and then it was quiet.

The property is immaculate, in a quieter part of Antigua, and is well run. My only complaint is that the beds are way too hard. I have a hard mattress at home, but this was painful.

Clean room that was perfect for the night time. We thought the location was very easy to get to and very walkable for the city. The staff was lovely and helped us book a shuttle to the airport right at the front desk. There is also someone at the front desk 24/7 in case you get in late or leave very early.

We arrive and they give us the chamber number 8 which was noisy because juste under the service staff and with smell of humidity. We ask them to change the room and they refused because the hotel was full. But when we go on the app hotels.com we can see plenty of rooms available. After fighting with them, they gave us a new room (number 12) which was worst that the first one because it was tailgate to the laundry of the hotel. The temperature in the room was 31°C. When we go to the bathroom, there was no water in the shower. We asked 3 times to be able to take a shower. After a new fight they gave us a third room which was fine. To resume, do not accept chamber number 8 or 12!
