\## Space  
Vous serez charmé par ce 2P de 35 m2 décoré harmonieusement. Il est situé au 3ème étage avec ascenseur d'un immeuble du centre ville.  
  
Il est situé dans une rue passante du centre ville, à quelques minutes des remparts d'Antibes et des plages de l'Ilette/Salis.  
  
L'appartement est composé d'un salon équipé d'une climatisation réversible, avec canapé convertible et coin salle à manger, une TV, une cuisine toute équipée, une chambre climatisée également et rangements, une salle de bain avec douche et WC.  
Vous pourrez également profiter d'un balcon afin de profiter des douces soirées azuréennes.  
  
Prestations complètes pour ce 2P, avec absolument tous les centres d'intérêts à 5-10 min à pied (plages de sables, commodités, transports).  
  
ATTENTION : L'accès jusqu'au parking comprend 2 virages assez étroits. Les plus gros véhicules auront du mal a manoeuvrer. Idéal pour une petite berline.  
  
L’appartement sera prêt et propre pour votre arrivée.  
  
INFORMATION MENAGE :  
Le ménage est inclus gratuitement et comprend le ménage d'après séjour ainsi que la location du linge de lit et de bain par une blanchisserie professionnelle que nous offrons également.   
Une serviette de bain par personne est comprise.   
Nous fournissons aussi des kits d'accueil pour vos premiers instants de voyage (non pour tout le séjour comme à l'hotel) à savoir : papier wc, sopalin, liquide vaisselle, pastille lave-linge et vaisselle (si équipé), sac poubelle, produits pour le sol, torchon de cuisine...  
  
ATTENTION : Nous nous réservons le droit de vous facturer une prestations de ménage si vous ne respectez pas l'appartement (poubelles sorties, vaisselle faite et rangée, respect des tissus, sols et mobiliers, respect des sanitaires...)

\## Neighborhood  
Situé dans une rue passante du centre ville.  
Juan les pins est à 5 min en voiture.   
Cannes est à 15-20 min.   
Nice et l'aéroport à 25 min.   
Pour Monaco et la frontière Italienne, compter 1h par l'autoroute.  
  
\## Transit  
Pour se garer à plusieurs véhiclues ou avec un véhicules hors gabarit, plusieurs parkings privés sont disponibles tout autour.  
Le parking le plus proche sera la QPARK de La Poste. Le QPARK "Pré des Pêcheurs" est également pas très loin.  
Le parking de l'Ilette/Salis est situé à 5 min à pied, et est gratuit hors saison d'Octobre à fin Mai (payant de Juin à fin Septembre).  
La gare d'Antibes est à 10-15 min à pied.  
Le départ de plusieurs lignes de bus se trouve à 10-15 min à pied.

#### A lovely apartment in a great location 

It’s a beautiful, well-equipped apartment. With the rental agency down below, it was easy to gain access and discuss any problems.Having no hot water on the first night was my only major problem and I didn’t discover that until after the office had closed. It was fixed promptly the next morning.
