I booked this hotel for my son, who was transiting to a service trip to Nosy Be. His flight was delayed by two hours, arrived 1am instead of 11pm. The hotel pick-up was smooth and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Staff members even accompanied my son to nearby shops to purchase SIM card for his phone. Stayed for three days to explore the city, before heading out to see the rest of the country. An entirely pleasant experience from start to finish.
