The hotel was close enough to town and rooms are decent. There was a mis-advertisement regarding the room. I booked a grand suite (hot tub, 1 double bed and 2 single beds). There was no hot tub or 2 single beds. There was only a partial sea view. When I asked for a downgrade, I was told I cannot get any refund as I already paid a very low price for the grand suite. Also, kindly do not go to Soho club as suggested by the staff - total scam and fraud! Breakfast - disappointing to be honest. Only thing I could eat was the bread and turkish tea. Cold and laid out from 8.00 - 11am. Spa is moderately decent - nothing wow about it.

Dear Valuable Guest! Thank you for you kind appraisal and comments. Regarding the mis advertisement that is not correct definition as initially GRAND SUIT rooms don't have a hot tub. The hot tube in JUNIOR SUIT rooms & jacuzzi in KING SUIT. Regarding the 1 double bed and 2 single beds ALL ROOMS in our hotel are DOUBLE rooms not TRIPLE. Based on the above clarification we can state that initially reservation done wrong. Regarding the downgrade/upgrade you wanted the room with hot tube we satisfied your wish. We provided you a Junior Suit room with a hot tube without any extra payment but it was your decision to move again to Grand Suit. Regarding SOHO club total scam and fraud that's not our commercial business, WISE Hotel doesn't earn money from recommendations or suggestions. Our staff share with a knowledge which have. Regarding the breakfast ''Only thing I could eat was the bread and turkish tea.''. That is a SHEER EXAGGERATION. Breakfast in WISE Hotel is a qualitative and good one what quite consistent to Turkish cuisine. WISE Hotel & SPA wishes you all the best in your life. Stay safe & blessed as well!

The staff is excellent and home from home. The spa is wonderful. The breakfast is very Turkish. The rooms are cleaned everyday, the beach is a short walk away. I would definitely go back to and stay. I also recommend this as a place to stay. Location has many restaurants and a shopping centre. I loved the night staff, thank you and to the day staff. The man and woman that made my stay feel like home.

Great experience!
This hotel is absolutely great. We were staying there for 10 days. The hotel design is very nice and the rooms are new. It is small, warm and with a good positive vibe inside. There is a small swimming pool in the front, which is absolutely amazing in the evening to have a drink next to it... Very friendly staff, always ready to help you. Whatever we needed it they helped us. The closest public beach is a 5min walk, or you can use a different option, a private beach club BLM beach and the entrance is 30TL (which is about 3£) and you get a discount from the reception. Also a towel. The hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurants, markets and within 15min walking distance from the big shopping centre Terra city. For those who love this type of hotel, I would highly recommend it!

Fantastic Birthday celebration in a chic hotel
We had a fantastic 7 night stay in the king suite, the views from the balcony were spectacular. The weather was perfect. The staff made my Birthday celebration so special especially Isabella and a lovely domestic staff lady who were so warm and friendly. The jacuzzi was great overlooking the sea view. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

In general it was good. Their beach (they don't have their own beach, but they use another which is private) was not the best, even though they let us in for free. The view from the room is not the best sea view for a Grand Suite.

A modern, clean hotel only 30minutes from the airport. Staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The steamroom, sauna and Turkish bath use was included in the realistic price and the Turkish breakfast was good and plentiful. Valet carparking include. Many good price restaurants close by. Sound Burger was the best I have ever had!! Will be using the Wise Hotel whenever I use Antalya Airport. There was no sea view but every thing else first class

Not worth it!
We book the best room in the hotel , the king suite . Hotel not as good as looks like in the picture . Reception staff were not so friendly , we have been ask to change rooms in the mid of the stay even we book the same room in four days , there are people opening our door while we were sleeping using the key without knocking! Really scary ! And leave without apology . Shower room was nearly broken, drainage were really bad, after shower the water flows everywhere in the toilet. And the daily cleaning is not good ,rubbish and dirty wine glasses not been taking away after four days . Not recommending at all!

I stayed at the wise boutique hotel for 3 nights with my husband and it was amazing! The room we stayed was king suite and it was beautiful especially with the hot tub inside the room. The bed was so comfy and we had the best view from the balcony. The location was perfect, it was around local shops, restaurants and everything you need or want to go..

I was very disappointed with the hotel, I wish I had read the reviews before I booked. It’s a very tired hotel, the room was as pictured, except the jetted tub did not work, only half the jets, the bathroom sink had a big chunk knocked off of it, and the floor was coming up in places. The food was OK, we only ate dinner there once because of convenience, but chose to eat out elsewhere because I am not sure how long the food sat out at the buffet, and it was very tired looking. The Hotel is tucked in back behind several rows of other buildings and apartments and parking was difficult at best. The hotel smelled old. I would not choose to stay there again.

Needs some TLC
Friendly staff but hotel does not look like what it does on pictures! Very low maintenance. Has the potential of being a very beautiful hotel. The room I had was tiny. Had to move furniture to put my charger in. The lamps beside the bed didnt work. The bathroom was quite dirty. The toilet had a horrible stain on it.

Antaliya, Mr Omer tried his best to give me a good room but as I checked in another staff member changed my room. He claimed that the previous night guest overstayed and he is sleeping now in my booked room. He can’t wake him up. So he gave me the worst room in hotel. It was very small, the toilet had a stinking smell, water was pouring from shower to the outside floor. Bed mattress needs to be replaced, it sinks in from over use. No water or drinks in fridge. Refused to offer breakfast in package as flight was early ( not really early , the breakfast is offered late, 8 am). Do not be mislead Photos are not accurate. The worst part is that there is a Night club next door playing music all night. I couldn’t sleep. My trip to Pummakale was a trible one, as the hotel booked me with a Russian speaking guide and a Russian group. Who instead of taking us to Pummakale they took us on shopping trips. Only plus there is a Restraunt next door (Robert’s cafe) had great view, relaxing atmosphere and great service. Also try Haji Saad for authentic Turkish food. The staff and their tour group affiliate must understand that to play in the tourist industry they have actually to provide a service. Money will flow later. It is not the other way around. Turkey and its historical places deserves a better service.

First Trip to Antalya.
It was a great "first visit" to the Antalya area, and the Wise Boutique Hotel helped make this trip so enjoyable. The Hotel was very clean with wonderful staff meeting all our needs and located in a great location between the center of Antalya and Lara Beach area, all this at a great price.

Very cool small boutique hotel with great in room air con/heating - we slept well and we loved the little lounge area! Rooms aren’t huge but are big enough to be cosy ! We actually booked half board but when we arrived three only do breakfast so that’s either a hotel.com glitch or mos-selling and I assume the former! Breakfast selection not huge but adequate and kettle and fridge in the room!

Cute hotel
Nice and clean room, a bit small. Mattress was too soft for my taste. Breakfast was the highlight! Tasty and good variety.
