I booked two nights on Hotel.com, on booking I put in the options of one adult and one child- it clearly asks you the age of the child which states 0-17, I put in age 15 for my son. When I got to the hotel I was told I had booked on Expedia and I only booked for one person only. The guy at reception ‘Murat’ was so rude and insisted I paid more, he argued with me for more than one and a half hours and kept saying just leave, which I really wanted to do but he refused to refund me. We were jet lagged and tired and he had no sympathy at all, in the end I had to pay again for my son- even though I went through the whole booking process and showed him all the options on hotels.com, I even did 2 adults and the price was still the same, still he would not accept and insisted, in the end I had to pay more as he would not refund me.
The breakfast was terrible too. Nice views from room and location was ok.
