Bienvenue à la Résidence Colivi, au cœur d’Annemasse, à 50 m de la gare et du quartier animé Chablais Parc. Ce studio supérieur de 30 m² dispose d’un coin salon et est entièrement équipé avec kitchenette, salle de bain privative avec WC, TV et Wi-Fi. Idéalement situé à 20 min de Genève centre en train, parfait pour un séjour professionnel ou touristique.  
  
The Space:  
Studio supérieur spacieux et lumineux de 30 m², idéal pour un séjour à deux ou professionnel.  
Vous disposez d’un lit double queen size, d’un coin salon confortable, d’une kitchenette équipée (plaques, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, vaisselle…), d’un coin repas et d’un bureau.  
La salle de douche privative avec WC, la TV et le Wi-Fi haut débit complètent le confort du logement.  
Linge de lit et serviettes sont fournis.  
  
Guest Access:  
Accès autonome et sécurisé à la résidence via deux portes à code (métallique puis en verre).  
Les codes d’accès sont envoyés la veille de l’arrivée.  
Chaque logement dispose d’un code unique valable pour la durée du séjour.  
Stationnement possible au Parking Chablais Parc ou dans la rue (payants).

Tout est accessible à pied : Monoprix, pharmacie, cinéma Studio 6, boulangeries, marché deux fois par semaine. Restaurants variés : Sushi Kyo, IT Trattoria, Au Bureau, JOYS Burgers et notre recommandation spéciale, le Berliner Kebab.
