    The living space features three separate bedrooms with double beds, a large lounge with a convertible corner sofa and dining area facing the windows, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a bathroom with bathtub, and separate toilets.



    Just a 15-minute walk from the lake and 18 minutes from the old town and casino, the apartment is close to public transport and has a shared parking space. Ideal for family or friends to relax after a day exploring, you’ll enjoy Annecy’s climate to the fullest.
