Stunning location with a fantastic view over lake Annecy. Beautiful rooms and restaurants. Great pool areas
Recommended
It’s a lovely hotel, our bedroom was basic and decoration a bit dated. The staff were very nice, but best of all the location was lovely- views and a short walk in daylight through the forest. The food was very expensive in relation to the hotel - and difficult for us as we were a mix of vegetarians and other needs. It was a great experience and value for money. Great hot chocolate- in the best cups and saucers.
Overall lovely stay, fantastic location, amazing views, rooms and facilities were lovely.
Unfortunately we had an incident where 2 parasols blew over onto me whilst walking by the pool, hitting me on the back of the neck.
I was given ice.
I enquired about writing an accident report for health and safety reasons ( we had several witnesses).
The manager said that they don’t do this but I would have needed to go to the hospital to get an official report if they were tp document this.
At that time I did not feel this was needed.
Surely following this,,a risk assessment would be carried out for their own hotels insurance.
Real lack of compassion towards my welfare and therefore safety of any other guests. Unfortunate
It's a very nice hotel with beautiful view over lake Annecy. The server at breakfast was delightful. The only thing that marred my visit was the attitude of the server Easter evening. I had had a big meal midday with friends and I wanted just a salad. I ordered a 15 euro mocktail and a salad and the server was clearly irritated and pushed me to order wine. I'm bilingual and visit France frequently and I'm pretty stunned that this attitude persists. It's very unwelcome behavior. Il avait pas mal de caractère.
Les Tresome Spa was an amazing place for those seeking epic bike rides and post ride spa access. The staff were incredible-helping out in so many ways-just loved this place!!
Excellent property with cute rooms and gorgeous scenery of the mountains and lake. Beautiful pool and the food at the restaurant is divine. Only a twenty minute walk to old Annecy.
Really beautiful property, easy to get to from the main town. Walkable and in a beautiful location. Kind and helpful staff. The Spa was amazing and the views, stunning. Highly recommend.
We arrived in the evening and the receptionist helped us settled in
The service was above and beyond friendly and polite and hospitable
Same goes for the following day the receptionist was kind friendly and helpful the room is small but a very comfortable clean and bed is comfortable
We weren't facing the lake but still it was a great room
Get a room facing the lake on the 2nd floor. It is worth every penny. Rent bikes, ride around the lake, visit the town then relax by the pool at the resort. Stay at least 2 nights.
The property is beautiful and the location is stunning. The pool and outdoor areas at the end of June are beautiful and not too busy.
Whilst the breakfast at €25 is nice it’s basic for the dining prowess of the hotel. There is also a lack of daytime food if you’ve decided to stay at the hotel and relax by the pool.
The walk to the centre of Annesy is only 15/20mins and the town described as the French Venice does not disappoint.
Amazing place, beautiful with all the comforts and not crowded. Surrounded by the forest and within walking distance to the lake. We will definitely return.
