A 5 minutes à pied de la gare et à proximité de tous les commerces. Vous atteindrez le Lac et le Pâquier (grande étendue d'herbe en bordure de lac) en moins de 2 minutes à pied ! Dans un immeuble historique de la ville, découvrez ce logement au charme ancien, idéal pour 2 personnes. L'appartement se situe au 1er étage sans ascenseur d'une rue piétonne dans un environnement animé, à proximité des commerces, boulangerie, Monoprix, cafés et restaurants. La chambre, semi-ouverte, est équipée d'un lit double. La pièce principale est équipée d'un canapé, d'une TV et du WIFI. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, incluant une machine à café filtre. Le linge de maison sera fourni pour votre séjour. 🅿️Les parkings les plus proches sont le parking de Bonlieu et le parking Hôtel de Ville tout deux situés à 5 minutes à pieds du logement. 🧳 Pour garantir votre tranquillité d'esprit jusqu'au départ de votre train, nous vous conseillons vivement d'utiliser la consigne à bagages "Lockin" au 2 rue Jean Jaurès à Annecy pour laisser vos valises en toute sécurité. Annecy, chef-lieu de la Haute-Savoie, nichée au bord de son lac dans un écrin de montagnes, est connue pour la qualité de son environnement et sa qualité de vie. Bénéficiant d'un site remarquable en aval du lac, elle a su entretenir son patrimoine architectural et historique, réhabiliter ses vieux quartiers, redonner toute leur transparence aux eaux du lac par des travaux souvent cités en exemple et fleurir ses canaux auxquels elle doit son nom de "Venise des Alpes". Nombreux restaurants et commerces accessibles à pied ; vous pourrez vous déplacer à pied durant tout votre séjour (2 parkings à proximité : Hôtel de Ville et Bonlieu à moins de 200 m). Location de vélos à proximité (une superbe piste cyclable fait tout le tour du lac) Les arrivées sont possibles tous les jours à partir de 16h jusqu'à 21h. Au delà de 21h, si une solution d'arrivée autonome ne peut pas être trouvée, un supplément de 20€ vous sera demandé.
