Le petit marquisat à deux pas du lac

New apartment located in the center of Annecy close to the lake with a private garage.

It consists of two rooms, one of which has a comfortable double bed with memory foam. A complete bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The living room furnished with a sofa bed (sleeping for 2 people), a kitchen equipped with everything you need to enhance your stay (raclette and fondue machine). You can also enjoy a logia overlooking the mountain.

10 jours passés à visiter Annecy et les environs. Appartement superbe, très propre et très bien équipé , Situation au top, à 5mn du lac ou du centre-ville à pied. Garage dans la résidence donc aucun problème de stationnement. Accueil de Chenda parfait.

Nous étions avec un bébé d'un an et c'était vraiment facile. La situation est très proche du vieil Annecy et les balades le long du lac. Tous les commerces à proximité donc très bien situé.
