Very polite and friendly front desk. Location was a short walk from the old town. Parking 5 euros for two days when using hotel discount. Parking was only a couple of minutes walk away. We’d use this hotel again

The room was very clean. The beds and pillows are comfy. The staff was friendly even though we did not speak French (they spoke excellent English and were very kind). The lack of elevator was a bit inconvenient so if you have accessibility needs maybe keep this in mind. But I would stay here again!

Really easy to get to from the train station (I arrived late in the evening). Staff immensely helpful and the room was clean, quiet and a good temperature. Close to all the good bits of Annecy. Recommend the breakfast as well.

We are so pleased we decided to stay in this hotel. Check in great, staff friendly and helpful, the room is perfectly clean and in good condition, the breakfast also was lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel. Perfect location for train station and then to stroll around the old town.

Convenient walking location to the old town and lake. Parking is a short walk from the Hotel. Just be prepared for carrying your luggage up the stairs, as there is no lift service. It was perfect for a nights stay

Clean room, really nice staff and a breakfast buffet with a lot of delicious things. The only thing that I did not realize when I booked is that they don't have an elevator, and the front desk is on the second floor, which is challenging when you have heavy suitcases.

Excellent location, few meters from the station and conveniently located to explore the old city and the lake. The room was really spacious and tidy. Lovely staff and a fabulous value for your money. Pls be aware that there is no lift in the property.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of everything Annecy has to offer, and the staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in desperate need of refurbishment. Although the bathroom and wooden flooring had been renovated, the room was extremely small, felt dark and had a damp smell. The corridors and stairways looked tired, with old stained carpets and even sections held together with tape, which gave a very poor first impression. There was also no fridge in the room. I understand this is a two-star hotel, but for €400for a two-night family stay, I expected much better value. We loved Annecy, but the hotel was somewhere we only returned to at bedtime. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless the property undergoes significant improvements.

Room fine , breakfast good , entrance not attractive , staff great , top floor rooms are a fire hazard - they should not be used - great location for visiting old village
