It consists of: a large terrace equipped with a dining table and a garden furniture to relax after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains. a large living room/ bright dining room with a sofa bed (equipped with a real quality mattress) a fully equipped open kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, barbecue, raclette & crepes machine) 1 bedroom with queen size bed (160 cm) with dressing room 1 bedroom with double bed with dressing room a bathroom with shower tub a separate toilet vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing equipment free high-speed wifi (fiber connection) and TV a closed garage in the basement ⚠️ unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject. Baby/child facilities are also available free of charge for a pleasant stay with the family: cot, baby bath, baby dishes, games and books. Play areas for children are located near the apartment. Linen will be provided for your stay: sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many quality restaurants and shops are within 5 minutes' walk of the apartment (bakery, butcher, fish shop, Beaufort meat and cheese cooperative, Primeur, Casino supermarket, banks, pharmacy) Bicycles and pedestrians: You can travel without a car throughout your stay by using the green and cycle paths or by using the bus network serving a stop in front of the residence . The lake is 10 min by car or bus (direct line) and 15 min by bike. A charming bike path connects the apartment to the lake, along the thiou promenade, and continues around the lake. 🅿️ The apartment has a garage with direct access by elevator. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day. ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm.
