Exceptional location for exploring the old town of Annecy, a stone's throw from the Isle Palace and at the foot of the Castle, 300 m from the lake and 500 m from the train station. Shops, bars and restaurants at the foot of the building, you will be seduced by the charm of this apartment with its stone wall and beamed ceiling. This typical apartment in old Annecy is on the 1st floor without elevator of a 17th century building. Spiral staircase, 1 st floor with more than 3 m high ceilings, very large for a 2-room apartment (65 m²) which can accommodate up to 4 people.
