The house was decorated beautifully and in a great location right across the street from beach access. The pool area was perfect after a few hours at the beach to come back and relax in the shade. Everything was thought through from the beach accessories (beach cart, chairs, toys, games) to the full cabinet of board games for families. Our whole family including teenage kids really enjoyed our stay. I will say if you have someone who is not mobile, the 3 flights of stairs might be too much, but not a problem at all for our family. ##### Janelle N. This house had everything we needed, from beach chairs, to beach umbrellas, to towels, to bikes, to board games, and so much more! Nicole was great with communication. Took this vacation with my 3 kids(12, 15 & 17) and they all had a blast. Not a dull moment!! The pictures don’t do it justice. There is so much space. It’s steps from the beach. Everything you need is available for cooking, relaxing, spending family time together, and making the beach a great experience. They have canopies, chairs, umbrellas, and a cart available to bring everything to and from the beautiful Bean Point beach. If you’re looking for a getaway with your family, any age, this is it. The only downside is, if your family members have trouble with stairs, they will have a tough time. The house is three levels and the living room is at the top. We loved our 4 night stay at Three Little Birds! There is such attention to detail in this beautifully designed home. We all enjoyed the open air porch and the beach. You will find all that you need and more; yes, sound machines are stocked. Even the towels smell good. Ana Maria island really is a wonderful place to spend a week relaxing on the beach, boating, exploring the town and plenty of great restaurants. And this house is the perfect setting to enjoy it all! The management company was on top of everything (even took the time to teach me how to use an induction cook too!) This home is extremely clean and well appointed. We’d come back anytime!
