This home is magical. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance, quality furnishings, comfortable beds, warm pool, quality deck furnishings, brand new feel. The garage is nice to open and have fresh air as you play ping pong. Plenty of beach chairs, bikes, wagon, coolers, sand toys, beach towels, pool toys and goggles, you don’t have to bring anything! The elevator was very handy to haul suitcases up. The beach is within a block or two. Shopping and food is within a walk or bike ride- Pine Street has a lot to offer. Friendly, quiet area. This was the absolute perfect home base for our family trip to AMI. The home is beautiful, spacious, and located in very close walking distance to a public beach access. The elevator was a nice touch making luggage and groceries simple. It is well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen and the garage has all of the beach and pool essentials that you can need. We loved the pool area and the covered area with tv, fan, table, fireplace, and outdoor cooking essentials. For our return to AMI next year we will absolutely be looking to secure this house again.
