Location, Location, Location.... recently remodeled and improved after storms... surrounded by multi million dollar homes.....and three great beaches......this house contains 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. This four bedroom house - boasts 3 king bedrooms, one queen and a pull out couch-. Large heated pool w/sun shelf- large hot tub spa. TWIN FAMILY ROOMS, perfect for spreading the families out, washer & dryer, outdoor grill- all this is just steps from the northern most point on Anna Maria Island.

This was our third time coming back to this beach house. The new remodel is awesome. I am assuming this was done after the hurricane last year. All new layout, kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, furniture beds etc....all looks like new. We got to experience the backyard just after the backyard tree was removed, and now there is full sun in back yard. We choose this location because it is in the far north area near the north beach and a short walk to bean point and the western beach. We took our golf cart to the west beach but realized it was just faster and more convenient to walk and not have to worry about finding parking. The far north location makes it very quiet, while being close enough to walk to Waterfront grill and stores and the trolley that connects to the southern part of island. . We will definitely be coming back again for the fourth year in a row a row.

Great location just an easy five minute walk to beautiful beach at the tip of the island. Pool was a welcome relief in afternoon when the beach got to hot as the tree in backyard provided shade while in or around the pool. Home was spacious and kitchen well stocked and the big dining table was nice for breakfast. Beds were fine and bedrooms have plenty of under bed storage. Drive to get coffee short and plenty of dining options within easy reach. Definitely will return.

My family loved everything about this house! It’s much bigger inside than you would think. Very spacious and clean. Amazing time. Wonderful set up, CLEAN, GREAT pool and hot tub. Great host to communicate with as well. 3 min walk to the beach. Sand toys plenty of pool towels and linens. Very accommodating, would recommend anyone to stay here!

Fabulous location!

Our family had a wonderful time here for spring break. The pool was especially nice because the wading area was perfect for our 2 year old to play with water toys. And we had a very short walk to the beach at Bean Point, which was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. We rented an electric golf cart, which was easily charged at the outdoor outlet. Also, we appreciated the pack and play, the beach wagon, beach chairs, and pool toys. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Great house. All brand new house. Plenty of room for everyone. Beds super comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Best part was the outside! Fenced in backyard. Pool was warm and hot tub was great! Lots of beach toys and chairs. Great communication with the host. Would book again in a heartbeat.

A sweet beach house

This is a roomy and comfortable property in a great area walking distance from the beach. Very well stocked kitchen. Great pool with plenty of towels. A few things to note: you are going to have to buy everything-even things that you would expect to be provided like hand soap and toilet paper. It’s not really convenient to go to buy these things either. The listing says that check out is at 10:30 but the manual in the house says 10:00 with no exceptions.

Great little beach house in a super location as stated

We had a fantastic stay at Anna Maria Island. All was as described - the beds were super comfortable. The TV’s and remotes were all messed up..but the owner was responsive after we did what we could to correct the situation - batteries, match up remotes, etc. he even brought a new TV so we could stream on that and TV on the other main TV. The one bummer was the construction next door made it not that pleasant to hang by the pool - but not really anything that can be anticipated or controlled. I also let Mark know that the second fridge had been unplugged and not usable or clean. Lots of room to put clothes and hang things up was a plus also. There were many things we could walk to and my friends and I enjoyed that! Rod and Reel had good food!

The location of the house is great. We love the north end of the island. The house was just ok. The photos don't really do it justice. The remodeling job was not great to begin with and there is a decent amount of wear and tear. Paint needs to be touched up. Several damaged doors. One bathroom door does not latch or lock, a bedroom door is almost impossible to close. The yard / landscaping is not being well maintained. On a positive note, the AC works great, there is plenty of room for parking, great beach access, and the house does have potential. It just needs some work.
