It is much better. The hosts are friendly and very helpful. You literally do not need to bring anything but what you are going to wear and what you are going to eat. The location is quiet, private, and very relaxing. Appliances are new and modern, beds are comfortable with a TV in every room but they got little use as there is so much to do. Golf cart was provided, there are of course some waivers to sign for insurance and also for the property, no biggie. Overall, the amenities are great, the hosts are wonderful, the house and grounds are beautiful and cozy, the beach is steps away. We were able to check in early upon arrival to find the home exactly as described. The amenities from the included golf cart, paddle boards, kayaks were an awesome inclusion. The house had everything we needed for dining in and the rooms were more than comfortable. The proximity to the beach was better than we thought as it was just a couple hundred yards down a beautiful path.
