The house is right on the beach, so the location is absolutely perfect. They had beach chairs, and a little beach cart, which came in handy. The view from the deck is phenomenal. The house came equipped with all the basic things needed, like coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, etc. The photos in the listing are old though, and the house does not have 3 bathrooms. There seems to have been the bottom floor before the hurricane, which must have housed the third bathroom. It seems to be boarded off right now. Downstairs is just a series of parking spot under the house- it’s essentially a house on stilts. The roof is missing soffit and shingles, which is pretty unsightly, and the outdoor deck doesn’t have the nice table in the photos but a plastic picnic foldout table. The furniture is scratched and dated. Indoor decor is also different from the photos.
