Experience luxury and comfort in one of two custom-designed villas by the renowned island architect, Gene Aubry.  
  
These beautiful duplex villas share a heated pool and a spacious backyard deck, but each has its own private entrance, driveway, and outdoor areas for you to enjoy. The design combines laid-back elegance with a welcoming atmosphere, providing the perfect setting for family vacations or group getaways. It’s everything you’ve been looking for in an authentic Anna Maria Island experience.  
  
The layout features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all located on the second level, with stairs leading up to the living areas. The master suite includes a king-size bed and a luxurious ensuite bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom offers a cozy full-size bed, and the kids' room has two sets of bunk beds. The second bathroom is shared by the two bedrooms.  
  
The open-concept kitchen, with a large central island, flows seamlessly into the primary living area. Step outside to the partially enclosed, private covered lanai, which overlooks the pool area below – the perfect spot for relaxation and taking in the serene surroundings.
