Our last night was pretty rough…partiers came in next door with their dogs and had us up until 4:30am. Luckily the first two nights were quiet. The bathroom door does not close easily, you have to slam it. Also, the code to get in the room was 9 digits and that was a bit cumbersome. The pool was HOT..no chillers. They had nice pool towels available. The bathroom in our room was very clean, however the shower did not drain properly. Halfway through the shower you are standing in ankle deep water. The shower head is about six feet tall so it is a challenge for a tall person to enjoy the shower. The bathroom door doesn’t shut all the way closed. We didn’t use the kitchen. We went out for our meals. We ate at the Waterfront Restaurant for lunch and dinner, all our meals there were scrumptious. The beach is a little under a ten minute walk and worth it. The sun rise at the pier is gorgeous also worth walking to. We thought it would be $200.00 for the night, but when we paid all the fees it was $525.00 for one night which in my opinion this place is not worth $525.00 for the night. We loved the pool, the access to bay and gulf sides of this wonderful island. The unit itself was well supplied and the bed was excellent. Felt that the property maintenance needs some attention as the laundry area, grounds, and stairs were looking shabby. We appreciated the quick response when we had an issue with the Internet, with supplies for the kitchen, and linens. Hope they can address the lockbox/keys. We’d recommend only upgrading the microwave and putting back the towel bar (it’s missing and we needed it) in the bathroom. Otherwise, this unit is adorable and worked great for us! ##### Jill P. It is close to beaches and plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool looks lovely (too cold during our stay to swim). The inside was comfy and cozy and has all the creature comforts of home. The views out our windows were not so pleasant and you walk up and see a rundown home next door but the neighborhood was lovely and safe to walk at night.
