Excellent Hotel in heart of Kizilay

Small hotel close to Kizilay Square, shops and restaurants. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed a body scrub in Bubbles, a lovely experience. Excellent value for money

Great location

The hotel was in a great location very near to city centre. Our room was very spacious and clean. It had nearly all the amenities you may need but surprisingly there was no coffee maker in the room. Refrigerator only worked when you were in the room and if you were leaving for a long time everything in refrigerator became warm.

Nice rooms, comfortable with minor set backs

the stay was fine, i had things to do in the day so i was not in the hotel the whole time. But every time i entered there was this smell in the lobby i didnt enjoy. i also noticed the shower floor was a little dirty and i had to rince before using. the telephone in the room wasnt working either i had to go down to get water. otherwise the rooms were generally clean and nice for a day or two of stay. the staff had a few people that spoke well English and they helped us very well to check in. if they fix up these minor things, its going to be a much better stay for others.

Excellent hotel - 4*, reception staff speak very good English "and" they are knowledgeable city guides. Superb location, right in the heart of Kizilay Square, walking distance from the Metro, Buses, and thousands of shops, restaurants, night clubs. Taxi to/from airport is around 450 - 550 TRY. 4th floor very quiet with windows closed. Wifi speed is good. Clean room, large size, large bathroom (usual toiletries), large towels, fridge. There is a 24-hour, free, tea/coffee service (order the strong expresso Turkish coffee, and not the weak Nescafe). We took a 2-day trip from Ankara and they looked after our luggage free of cost. We were to move into our rooms early (well before the usual 2pm). They booked our taxis for early morning flights. Central location means its only 50 TRY taxi to the Ataturk Mausoleum and 70 TRY to Ankara Castle. This hotel is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The location is perfect in the Kizilay area. Close to shopping, restaurants, metro. Very affordable. All the rooms smelled of smoking. Staff knows little English or any other language apart from Turkish. Cleaning was on and off. Good Air conditioning.

The wifi signal in the room is terrible. Parts have no connection at all. The bathroom stunk of sulphur or sewage even after being cleaned and the smoke detector in the corridor beeped all night and made it difficult to sleep. Bed was good, breakfast was good, shower was good . Great location. I was very disappointed that there was no kettle or coffee in the room for how expensive the hotel was.

No internet

Very near to the Kizilay Square and the metro station. Near to a lots of restaurants and cafes. There was no internet in the room and the bathroom door did not close (it looks like the wood has expanded). Although the room was clean, the shower area needs to be renovated, it felt old and dirty. We stayed on the second floor and could smell cigarettes, people was smoking near to our window. Overall was okay for two nights.

Çalışanlar her konuda çok yardımcı oldular, hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederiz.kahvaltı güzeldi ve beklentimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı.konum olarak merkezi konumda ve tüm ulaşım imkanlarına yürüme mesafesinde. Etrafında hertürlü hizmet alabileceğiniz imkanlar mevcut. Tekrar yolumuz düşecek ve biz tekrar tercih edeceğiz. Tavsiye üzerine gitmiştik, buna rağmen tereddütlerimiz vardı ama gayet memnun kaldık.
