Oda genel olarak gayet iyi durumdaydı; ancak banyoda oldukça rahatsız edici bir koku vardı, bu nedenle odada zor kaldık. Check-in esnasında ise oda kartlarımız çalışmadı. Bir oda için sorun çözüldü fakat diğer oda için uzun süre beklemek zorunda kaldık. Kart odayı açmadı, alternatif olarak anahtar da bulunamadı ve bu süreç gereğinden fazla uzadı. Durumu resepsiyon görevlisine iletip oda değişimi talep ettiğimde, maalesef kaba bir şekilde “Doluyuz” ve “Uğraşıyorum” gibi yanıtlar aldım. Elbette talihsizlikler yaşanabilir, fakat resepsiyon görevlisi hanımefendinin tavrı oldukça olumsuzdu. Güleryüz göstermediği gibi, check-in sırasında göz teması dahi kurmadı. Misafir olarak kendimizi hoş karşılanmış hissetmedik.
