Overall good experience. The staff are uneven in their capacity to provide service—many are very timid and not capable of proactively troubleshooting. With that said, it’s quite a nice facility and the staff are nice and doing their best. The room was quiet and clean. The bed comfortable and there were a good selection of pillows. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water daily. The breakfast bar was amazing but very pricey when I just eat a small breakfast now. For those looking for a full meal, you will be very pleased with the spread. The pool was very nice—the water was a bit cold but it was clean and very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms must have had an upgrade and refurb since my last visit. Rooms looked newly refreshed, new furnishings and fitted out. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. I stayed for a business trip, so it met my needs.

The hotel is located in a central area with a lot of shopping alternatives. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very attentive and polite. Breakfast sis the best. The chief of staff Ms. Ayca in breakfast area is very helpful and makingeverything great. Thanks for everything.
