Unser Landhaus mit 2 \*\*\*Ferienwohnungen befindet sich am Irlberg und ist 1 Km vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Die Ferienwohnungen bieten einen herrlichen Berg-und Panoramablick, sind gemütlich und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Interessante, bekannte Ausflugsziele wie Königssee, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg, Chiemsee und vieles mehr sind in Kürze zu erreichen. Der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Alm- und Bergwanderungen läßt keine Langeweile aufkommen. Zur Erholung steht ein großzügiger Garten mit Liegewiese und ein gemütliches Gartenhäuschen mit Grillmöglichkeit zur Verfügung. Wir freuen uns, wenn wir Ihr Interesse geweckt haben und heißen Sie auf\`s herzlichste Willkommen.  
 Die 76qm Nichtraucher Ferienwohnung mit separatem Eingang verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (180x200), 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (180x190), 1 Schlafzimmer getrennte Betten (90x190, 90x200) ein zusätzliches Kinderbett wäre möglich. Im Wohnraum befindet sich eine große Eßecke und ein Sofa, sowie eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile (Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, 4-Plattenherd, Kaffeemaschine). Die Erstausstattung der Bettwäsche, Hand- und Badetücher und sämtliche Nebenkosten sowie eine Garage sind inclusive. Der breite Balkon bietet Tisch und Sitzgelegenheiten und die Terrasse ist mit Gartenmöbeln bestuhlt. Für die Liegewiese stehen Liegen zur Verfügung und für die kleinen Gäste stehen Schaukeln bereit. Wir bieten einen Brötchenservice, Getränkeverkauf und einen Einkaufsservice vor Anreise.

Der Aufenthalt bei Familie Kamml war von Anfang bis Ende wunderschön! Die Wohnung Edelweiß ist traditionell und doch modern gestaltet. Das Badezimmer ist modern und neu renoviert . Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer sodass alle 6 Personen ein richtiges Bett und einen Raum haben um sich gegebenfalls zurückzuziehen . Der Balkon ist überdacht und windgeschützt, sodass man auch bei nicht so gutem Wetter draussen sitzen und die Aussicht geniessen kann. Ganz besonders möchte ich die Sauberkeit hervorheben, einfach perfekt ! Kein Staub , keine Krümel , keine Haare. Die Küchengeräte waren so sauber wie neu aus dem Geschäft. Eine so saubere Ferienwohnung habe ich bis jetzt noch nie vorgefunden , was mich sehr beeindruckt und sehr gefreut hat. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage
