"The room is clean. I was pleasantly surprised after a long trip from El Nido to be welcomed by a spacious clean white room. We had a big bed for my husband and I and, two single beds for my two daughters. For the price we paid, it was really good value. We had an early morning flight, so they offered to pack our breakfast. They have arranged for our tour and our van to the airport. The.staff is friendly and accommodating. "

"If you want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle, this is your place. The views from the dining area are mesmerizing of the sea. The sunsets are breathtaking from your private beach.The best part was the people. Koy prepared our meals with a Philippine touch. All dishes were delicious. Bhong was our driver and tour guide. We went to the waterfall, a fishing village, the butterfly garden and of course shopping at the Mart. The only drawbacks were no a/c and little hot water."

"This is a nice hotel in a very central location, near the SM City Mall in Puerto Princessa. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. We had a couple of disappointments though. 1\. We dropped laundry off at 7:00 am expecting it to be returned cleaned by 4:00 pm, as stated in their guide. However, by 4:00 pm, the laundray had not been done. This was an inconvenience. 2\. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. All-in-all, however, it was a great place to stay."
