Welcome to this beautiful rustic house surrounded by mountains in Andratx. It has capacity for 4 guests. If you wish to relax and connect with nature, this is the perfect house for you. Outside you can enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings on the cool terrace surrounded by greenery and covered by a thatched roof. In addition, there is a small chlorine pool, with dimensions of 3 x 3 m and a constant depth of 1.1 m, which will be perfect for refreshing yourself on the hottest days. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.
This century-old house has been recently restored and offers not only the charm of yesteryear but also all the modern comforts. On the ground floor we find the living room where you can rest on the comfortable sofas with the warmth of the wood stove on the coldest days. The kitchen-dining room has a gas cooktop and a comfortable table where you can enjoy your family meals. It also has access to the outside. Outside you find the washing machine and there is also an iron and ironing board. A toilet completes the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the other with twin beds. Another bathroom with shower completes this floor. If you are travelling with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a highchair for you.
The house is attached to the building of the adjoining property, although it is completely independent. The wooded area is perfect to enjoy nature by hiking or cycling. The town of Andratx is just 5 km from the property and there you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay. If you want to go to the beach, the closest is Camp de Mar, 8.7 km from the house.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house as well as lighting fires or barbecues throughout the year. Please note that the final road to get to the property is narrow and we recommend a small car. The house works with solar energy. There is outside parking for 6 cars. It is located 50 meters from the property.

We had a fantastic stay at Can Penes. Arturo made us very welcome and the house and grounds were beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better location - very peaceful and superb views of the surrounding hills. We hope to be back again one day. Thank you!

Realy nice House and beautiful Garden. But the Road to the House is a Little small and you definetly Need a small car to get there (bumpy narrow road). The view is amazing!
Also die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung (Homerti) war ziemlich gut. Es gab die eine oder andere Frage, die ohne große Zeitverzögerung beantwortet wurde.
Zahlen konnte man in mehren Teilraten per Paypal oder Kreditkarte. Auf der Buchungsseite wurden drei Tage vor Reisebeginn Check-In-Deteils angegeben und man konnte die Ankunftszeit in Palma angeben und der Eigentümer hat sich telefonisch direkt nach Ankunft am Flughafen bei mir telefonisch gemeldet. Durch Englischekenntnisse war kaum eine Sprachbarriere vorhanden.
Anschließend wurde derTreffpunkt vereinbart.
DIe Straße bergauf ist ca. 2,5 km lang (ca. 10 Minuten) und recht schmal und steil - ist das größte Manko an dem Aufenthalt. Dennoch gewöhnt man sich recht schnell daran. Mit einem kompakten Mittelklassewagen ist der Aufstieg locker möglich.
Die Finca ist eine alte aber teilmodernisierte Unterkunft. Typische stilvolle Einrichtung. Im Wohnzimmer war es durch das kleine Fenster etwas dunkel und die Couch war nicht mehr die neueste, trotz dessen aber bequem. WLAN war vorhanden und der TV war mit dem Fire-TV-Stick ausgestattet. Die Betten waren ebenfalls sehr bequem, Heißwasser und wurde über eine Gastherme aufbereitet, der Herd wurde ebenfalls mit Gas betrieben. Eine Waschmaschine war auch vorhanden, welche sich als sehr vorteilhaft erwies. Kleine Terassen, Liegen, Stühle, gemütliche Ecken und ein Pool, war vorhanden. Letztendlich fehlte es uns an Nichts. Und die Natur drum herum - besser geht es nicht. Gerne wieder.

Tages noch mal zurückkehren.
Eine sehr traumhafte Unterkunft in einer wunderschönen idyllischen Lage. Der schmale Weg zum Haus hin, ist mit einem Mittelklassewagen machbar und macht die Lage des Hauses nur noch reizvoller. Wir haben jede Minute unseres Aufenthaltes sehr genossen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und auch an einem Regentag konnte man es am Kamin gut aushalten. Unbedingt den Sternenhimmel mit seinen ganzen Naturgeräuschen genießen. Der Eigentümer war nett und insgesamt sehr entspannt, was den Aufenthalt für uns gut abgerundet hat. Wir werden die Zeit in der liebevoll gestalteten Finca sehr positiv in Erinnerung behalten und hoffentlich eines Tages noch mal zurückkehren.

no hay una sola queja
En primer lugar quede impantado de la belleza del lugar , las vistas, la casa, el silencio, lo único que escuchabas eran las campanitas de las cabras, te sentías en un paraíso en la montaña , a la casa no le faltaba nada , super acogedora y cómoda, dentro de la propiedad podías recolectaron tu propia fruta , higos, ciruelas, uvas , granadas , nueces etc sinceramente superó ampliamente lo que se ve en las fotos. Es una isla grande y la ubicación te da tranquilidad y no estás lejos para moverte estuvimos 5 días y fuimos a casi todos los puntos cardinales sin problema... Los anfitriones un lujo..respondieron siempre que los requerimos . no hay una sola queja....

Disons-le tout de go: ce fût un séjour « 5 étoiles »! D’abord, une surprise vous attend…les photos de l’annonce sont très bien mais une fois sur place, c’est beaucoup mieux! Quel magnifique endroit que cette vielle ferme traditionnelle, excellemment restaurée par Arturo, logée au creux d’un splendide cirque montagneux, et décorée de très beaux objets et meubles de caractère. Vous bénéficierez de tout le confort que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un logement haut de gamme et surtout auto-suffisant (il y a des panneaux solaires pour l’électricité et l’eau vient de la montagne). Et « l’airco » est aussi naturel: les murs épais la journée, la fraîcheur et un courant d’air toujours présent la nuit! Et si vous revenez desséché d’une des nombreuses promenades dans les environs, n’hésitez pas à vous plonger dans le petit bassin d’eau bien tempérée, un vrai délice! Nous avons aussi varié les plaisirs en utilisant les différentes terrasses, vergers et autres petits coins sympas tout autour. Top

We had a wonderful stay at Arturo’s airbnb.
It’s a very remote place surrounded by nature with limited reception. You can hear the bells of the goats that are walking around the area. The house has character and has all necessities.

We had a fantastic stay here.
The house is lovely, with lots of character and in the most beautiful setting in the mountains. Our kids loved exploring the gardens and you can go for great walks from the house, as well as being a good base for exploring the Tramuntana mountains. We loved watching the black vultures soaring above the house. The road up to the house is very narrow and windy, but it was all part of the adventure!

This is a lovely room, just a minute away from the most beautiful little beach! The room has everything u need but don’t forget to bring your own soap and toiletries. You also get a free drink at the restaurant downstairs which is fantastic. I would highly recommend this room to anyone :)

Eine tolle Unterkunft ! Viel größer und bequemer als auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man als Urlauber benötigt, es fehlt an nichts. Sowohl im Haus als auch auf dem Grundstück gibt es richtig viel Platz. Sowohl sonnige als auch schattige Plätze finden sich auf dem Grundstück. Es gibt tolle Wanderungen in der Gegend, einige starten direkt vor der Haustür.
Schönes historisches Haus mit allem, was man braucht.
Sehr erholsam.
Pool ist nur zum abkühlen, zu flach zum reinspringen.
WLAN aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage langsam, Mobilfunk-Signal kaum vorhanden.
Zu erreichen über kleine, schmale kurvige Straße, die ca. 2,5km (ca. 8-10min) in die Berge führt. Nichts für ungeübte Autofahrer.
